Is there a reason you keep calling it "Album mix"? Because it's called "Albumix". I dunno, it just really bothers me how you keep calling it that for some reason.

I haven't followed the DDR/ITG custom file scene lately. What are the most popular packs of songs/charts people are playing these days? I'd like to load 'em up.

If you can view this page it's going to be your best resource (if you can't, definitely register).

Honestly, the easiest thing to do would be find a decent tournament pack, as that will have a large array of popular sims by different artists. Fort Rapids or Rocky Mount are definite wins. Otherwise, most simfile packs are released by the artist, few are collaberations. Here are some that have the most scores posted on AIJ.

Without a doubt the most popular
Tachyon Alpha, Beta, and Gamma packs (very difficult)
Dragonforce (very difficult)

Pretty Popular
Mute Sims 1-6
Legend of Zim 1-4
Mudkyp Mini pack 1-3
Mootz MIx 1-4

Has beens
Mandodo packs
Xynn packs
Flash Exclusives (lol)
Chaos in Progress packs (rock and metal songs, some katy perry!)
Sixteenth Stream Stamina Circlejerk (SSSC)
SPEEEDCOOOORE

Thanks. I'll check these out. I figured you're probably the only one here that actually plays DDR/ITG for serious these days anyway. Perhaps if I were less old and scrubby at these games, we could have competed.

Does anyone know of good packs where fans have created doubles charts as well as singles? DWIExtreme, in all its glory, has no doubles.

Do the official DDR mixes on our Stepmania cabinet have doubles charts?

They do. Those and a few obscure Japanese packs, but that's about it.

I've been putting new packs on the ol' PC, and wanted to give an update on where to find 'em in 2020:

I came across this when looking into those Stepmaniax pads:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... 8/htmlview

LOTS of packs in here! They are apparently pretty new, made between 2016-2020. Tons of packs on each tab along the top, and lots of songs in each pack. A lot to sift through so curious to know how they are if anybody checks it out.
