Why do you play?

This may be a little off topic granted I started it, but I just wanted to say something. 'Someone', yeah... Said to me today, 'You take all the fun out of playing'. Ok, as I said before. I play for scores. NOT for fun. If I do good I have fun, if I'm NOT doing good I'm pissed. I don't know how many times I should have to say it before getting a point across but whatever. Different people play for different reasons. I PLAY FOR SCORES. Why do you play?

basically the same reason y you play. like if a get a blackflag, i'll be so damn pissed i want to quit. so i play for scores as well.

I started playing just because I liked playing, then I started playing to lose weight, then I started playing for scores again, then I started playing to lose weight again

and now I'm playing just because I like playing.... i think this might be the end of me

fun/scores like, if i always go for good scores, but if i do baad i jus shrug it off and try it again, and i try to be happy about it.

When I do play, which is a very rare occasion, I do it because I'm bored. I spent a year in the arcades just watching all my friends play and dying of boredom, so one day I decided to play. I suck, and I know this, but I figure if I'm going to be bored, might as well join everyone else. And of course, I'll play to make an ass outta myself.

I hear that, and what I bugs me the most is these flags keep adding up. I'm up to 38 right now, but I'm going to go to TNT and see if I can change some of that (for once in my life...) So hopefully I get something. I've been using my friends camera for pics cause I can't exactly just go buy one. Anyhow...

Let's see...I first stepped on the platform because the game was different than anything I had ever seen. I struggled to grasp it, and became addicted to its challenge.

As I progressed, I realized the fun in playing, especially with the gawking parents and occasional tips. After a summer of bike riding and DDR, I realized that this thing had physical benefits as well, especially as I moved to Heavy mode, where I would collapse after Catastrophics with heavy breath and a large smile.

When DDR, its songs, and its steps became commonplace, it became more social, while PIU and ITG arrived to refresh the challenge and the workout.

In conclusion...fun+social+workout+challenge= Why Yume Plays.
