The best I did this week was 1811 EX on the hyper which was enough to get the AAA, but 7 EX away from my personal best. (Opted to play more Empress + Premium Best due to the number of missing scores I had on it.)

As for a song.... I dunno. Maybe something from DistorteD or Red.

Hell yeah bro that's two wins in a row.

Brian go ahead and pick this week, anyone else would pick a song that's too easy or too hard for you.

I think I know even less about IIDX songs than I do about post-Extreme DDR songs. I'm content to plod along with whatever you guys pick.

On a side note, I did play the DDR X2 version of Gold Rush last night...

Two words: MUSIC FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!!

I see!

Well let's do Pretty Punisher from Distored then. That's a 7, you can handle a 7, can't you Brian? Have you got Sirius up and running or am I going to have to suck it up and play an old mix at the Bordello next weekend?

At this stage, you'll be tripping over junk from the storage room. IIDX is probably the last on my project list. It is at least actually working right now. I can't say the same for about 3 other games.

Brian if you need someone to help run a train on your storage junk just let me know and I'll see what I can do to help.

I "know people."

It's not really a matter of manpower. I actually need expertise...and there's really only about 2 people I know (including myself) that has it, and I wasn't planning on burdening the other person with it.

No. I assume you don't know shit about sorting through arcade parts to organize them into a meaningful manner. (And I know I am absolutely right on this point.) That is why this is not a matter of manpower. If it was just a matter of me telling someone to "put this over here/put this over there," it would already be done.

Isn't "put this over here/put this over there" the exact definition of organizing something?

Organization is human construct, if it makes sense to you that's all that matters. Just put the drives with the drives, lights with the lights, PCBs with the PCBs, etc. How is this hard? Brian, what the fuck? WHAT THE FUCK?

I am identifying and testing the parts so that they can be organized in a more useful manner. Things that don't work are being evaluated as to whether they are worth keeping to fix or part out...or if they should just be junked. The goal here isn't just to make it fit...it's to make it useful.

Alright Brian just ask Brandon to help you out, it will not be a burden on him. Pay him with some guacamole dip or something and make a fun time afternoon out of it.

I am capable of differentiating "Thing work" and "Thing no work" and looking up prices on eBay if Thing No Work so I guess I could help you out too. I will take payment in the form of guacamole dip, please. It has to be the guac dip that's just avocado and the spice packet.

I already said I wasn't going to bother him with it.

I really don't need or want help. I just need time. I started this last weekend. I've been picking at it over the week. I'll have a lot more time to spend this coming weekend. That's really all there is to it.

I have no confidence in your ability to tell if something works or doesn't if you don't even know what it is.
