Improved Paranoia KCET ~clean mix~ to 678.
Improved jam jam reggae to an SDG for 395.
Played Senorita (Speedy Mix). Got a 619.

I was actually playing remarkably well tonight considering I spent the weekend walking all over Chicago, eating shitty (read: tasty) food, and gaining 5 lbs.

Played yesterday! Pads are effing dogshit but I eked out some scores:

Ordinary World - 570 (12 greats two misses)
Senorita - 621 (11 greats, 6 misses, thanks pads!)

OP updated!

Man, if my pads weren't ass I would consider trying to do some sort of doubles Oni course, I don't think I've ever passed one in my entire DDR playing career.

I guess teeeeechnically we haven't picked a new song for this week - what would you like to do?

I think you actually picked twice in a row! Not that I really care...just noting.

How about SP-TRIP MACHINE (JUNGLE MIX) this week?

Totally forgot that 20, November was yesterday fuuuuuuuuuuuuck me. Oh well, I guess we should do 20, November for this week if that's cool. Not sure how much I can play this week with it being the holiday and all but I'll probably find time on like Friday or something to play a bit.

I played last Thursday but forgot to upload my scores, here they are:

SP-Trip Machine (Jungle-Mix) -- 484 (16 greats, FC)
Living In America -- 733 (23 greats, FC, improved from 728)

OP updated!

I also AA's Max300 singles so I guess I'm not completely garbo at this game. I thought we had Can't Stop Falling In Love as one of our songs at one point but after checking the OP I guess we didn't lololololol oh well here's my score for it:

Can't Stop Falling In Love -- 846 (10greats, 4 misses)

I actually played Thursday night, but Stay on Sync was down. I remembered just now and went to enter my scores so I could get my DP for here...

Whoops. Apparently we already did SP-TRIP MACHINE ~JUNGLE MIX~ back on week 101. When I went to enter my score, one was already there from last year. And it just so happened to be the same exact score! 21 greats, 479 DP.

If you don't care, I'm not going to take it back as last week's song even though we've done it before.

I think it's MonMotha's turn to pick this week.

Was that Can't Stop Fallin' In Love (Speed Mix) or the one from Solo? Either way, I wouldn't mind adding it to our list.

We can do 20, November this week, if that's what you want to do. It'll be quite a break compared to the stuff we've been doing lately.

But MonMotha should definitely pick for next week.

OP updated with my scores. They're not very good, but I played.

Alright, since it's been a while, I'm going to pick two things!

Since it's just about that season, let's do Silent Hill 3rd Christmas Mix.

AND....now for something I think you'll really enjoy! Let's play Random All Nonstop (Difficult) - best oni score (3x Marvelous + 2x Perfect + 1x Great + 2x OK) wins. It HAS to be a real "Random All". You can't set anything up using Player's Best (even if it was a course you previously got as a Random All), and you can't do any of the other random courses. You get one shot at a given course (unless it just happens to give you the same course again), but you can play as many times as you want. We'll do this on Extreme since that's what we all seem to have running at the moment.

If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

I'm not sure how we're going to get any kind of a meaningful comparison off of Random All, but I guess that's fine. I assume we should note the songs that we get in the course--just for the sake of record keeping?

The whole point is that the comparison isn't really meaningful :P

And yes, note the songs if you can. It unfortunately doesn't show them on the grade screen, so some memory is required.

Played last night. Here's what I got.
  • 20, November - 404
  • SP-TRIP MACHINE ~JUNGLE MIX~ - 486.
  • Silent Hill 3rd Christmas Mix - 548
  • Random All (Difficult): Telephone Operator, Hysteria, Captain Jack, Dynamite Rave - 2515
Notes:
  • I played the 20, November from DDR club version since it's the only one in Extreme. Merk, I hope that's what you intended.
  • When I was putting my score in SoS for Silent HIll, I saw I actually had a 553 back in 2014, but I'll log the 548 for this. Maybe I'll try to Make It Better.
  • MonMotha, you stated "Difficult" (the middle level) for the Random All course. That's what I did. I just wanted to make sure you didn't intend Heavy. That definitely would have made the course I got a lot more demanding. I *think* I would still have passed it, but it would have been a real struggle.

Yes! Whichever one is on Extreme is the one I was referring to.

And yes I was referring to CSFIL (~Speed Mix~)

Nonstop courses only have two difficulties: Normal and Difficult. For Random All, "Difficult" will usually give you all Heavy and Oni charts while "Normal" will typically give you all Standard charts.
