I had an idea that hit me last night, mainly because I was still on a euphoric high from GOM7, and recently got to know Mike/Katy.

Would anybody in the Indy area be willing to have a regular meetup night at Rascal's, maybe a certain time? It's great and all that we post "I'll be there at 4" and such, but if there was a designated time, that would be cool. I know there is a handful of people in or around the Rascal's area, and if we got 5+ there on a regular basis, it could be a fun little shindig.

Maybe once we're done with ITG and DDR, we can go do something else, similar to the X-Site Tuesday Crew, like go out to eat, check out a movie, hang out at the mall, or anything else. It would be cool not just to play some DDR, but to have a casual atmosphere as well.

So...would anyone be up for ITG and something else? I was thinking the designated time and place could be Rascal's, Friday or Saturday nights, at 7:00.

rascals on east washington? id probably be down. we used to just hit up the steak and shake right by it afterwards if I remember right. if you read my other post i talked about being totally down for getting a decent sized weekly get together going again.

Haha, Steak n' Shake was one of the ideas I had for the event. I love me some milkshakes.

We can go with that. I picked Friday for the possibility of no school nights for the Fall, and maybe it would play better in-hand with work. Anyone want to try Thursday night?

It's quite a drive from the (far) west side, but I'd be up for it every other week or so.

I'm going to go ahead and set a rough plan so that we can get something going this Thursday, maybe as a starter.

I'm thinking we should meet up at Rascal's at 7:00, play and hang out for maybe two hours, and then head over to eat somewhere, probably Steak & Shake at around 9-ish?

i don't know how often taqa reads the boards, so i don't know if he'll even read this in time.

I might be inclined to show up at one of these...but not this week because of this. Next week may be out as well as I am currently planning on attending Bowlmani Festival.

I guess I'll just watch this space to see how this meetup develops.

This sounds like it might be fun, though I KNOW i would be there way before seven so I can whore the machines before everyone gets there...I'm SOOO bad...lol
