Re: SQL error
Thank you for contacting IndyDDR Technical Support. I have performed some testing, and can no longer recreate this behavior. Can you please try to visit www.indyddr.com and let me know if the problem persists?

Re: SQL error
The issue appears to be resolved however this downtime breaks our SLA agreement. I am going to need an RFO and an account credit that's proportional to the amount of downtime beyond the SLA.

Re: SQL error
Thank you for the update. You will need to speak to your account manager regarding the credit. As there is no further action to take, I will be closing this issue. Thank you again.
Re: SQL error
Perhaps we should contact our upstream OS vendor (Linus Torvalds) about the "double your money back guarantee"?
A normality test:
+++ATH
If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.
