this error seems to have made the main screen say that fluffy still has the last post in conversation.. but going into that forum i have the last post

by the way... firefox 3 beta owns pretty hard so far.. although i've only been testing it for 10 minutes or so

It happens. The database that the forums run on craps out randomly, and phpBB isn't transaction based, so the DB ends up in a weird state. It should fix itself when somebody else posts. If not, it'll have to be manually edited. You could also try deleting your post and reposting it.
