DST strikes again!
DST strikes again!
As you probably already knew, DST started three weeks earlier this year.
phpBB doesn't adjust for DST automatically, so it was up to me to adjust the timezone manually. I forgot about it and just did it moments ago. Each of you also needs to adjust your own profile to GMT -4 rather than GMT -5 if you want times to show up correctly.
Blah, blah, blah, posts might seem off by an hour, blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah. Did anyone even notice? Does anyone even care? DST can burn in hell anyway...damn waste of time.

I think it should be hyphenated, Daylight-Saving Time. Some article on DST wrote:The official spelling is Daylight Saving Time, not Daylight SavingS Time.
Saving is used here as a verbal adjective (a participle). It modifies time and tells us more about its nature; namely, that it is characterized by the activity of saving daylight. It is a saving daylight kind of time. Similar examples would be a mind expanding book or a man eating tiger. Saving is used in the same way as saving a ball game, rather than as a savings account.
Nevertheless, many people feel the word savings (with an 's') flows more mellifluously off the tongue. Daylight Savings Time is also in common usage, and can be found in dictionaries.

Re: DST strikes again!
DST is this weekend, remember to set your clocks back an hour everybody!
I am excited to be able to wake up for work and actually have the sun be out.

Good bye DST. I will miss the light of the evening. Gizmo and I will walk in the darkness cold and alone.

Re: DST strikes again!
I am genuinely okay with it getting darker sooner outside since I don't leave the confines of my home after the workday anyway.

At the tone... zero hours, nineteen minutes...coordinated universal time.
BEEP.
BEEP.
A normality test:
+++ATH
If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.
