Moved to Gettin' Together, which is the usual location for DDR tournament announcements.
A normality test:
+++ATH
If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

It's about time they brought some DDR stuff back to GW...

I still have the DDR membership card they used to hand out, one of the last two, actually.

Unfortunately, Wednesdays aren't a good day for me... >_< Though I'd love to stop by.

I'll probably end up being there, seeing as how I never have anything to do on Wednesdays EVER.

This sounds ummm, ambitious. Maybe too much so. Is anyone really going to participate 5 out of 6 Wednesdays in a row? And does the $20 to enter apply to each tournament individually? If so, that would cost someone $120 dollars for the entire thing  And what happens if the same people win every week (which is quite likely)?

I'm not trying to be overly discouraging, but I think you need to specify some things in a bit more detail....

League and Finals tournament changes to come

Post by PokemasterDG » Tue Jul 26, 2005 11:17 am

Please stand by. I'm writing my decision to the GameWorks management at this very moment.

Changes to attendance and championship eligibility, at least.

Thanks for your interest!

I guess that makes you the winner?

I'm sorry to hear that turnout was basically nil. I was unfortunately previously engaged last night. However, as was already stated, it is difficult to get large or consistent attendance for weekday and multiday events--and this is both!

Keep watching here and on circlecitygaming.com for information on a date change.

Cause that was a wretched turnout.

Thanks to Intermezzo for coming, though.

And we did get to observe the technicians as they fixed the left pad, so it's definitely fixed now.

I watched, it's completely fixed~!

Oh well, at least I automatically made it to the Championships- and I won $1.50! Yes!
