Ok, I pretty much got permission now, I just want to know a rough estimate of people who would come.
I asked Daniel about if I could run a
Neo Geo Battle Coliseum Tournament. I told him that we would do cash prizes and we could pay him for using the machine. And he said that he didn't need a cut that just as long as the machine got some use before it was turned into a Metal Slug 6 he didn't care. So I was wondering who would travle to Bloomington to play in such a tourney. I need a rough guess of how many could make it before I start planning cause I don't want to set it up and have very little people show. It would be cash prizes for the top ranks...5$ entry fee. Anyone interested?

If it happens, when would this tournament be held? If it's on a Saturday I wouldn't mind heading down to Bloomy-land for it, even though I'd probably be eliminated within minutes

Alright, just make sure to give a couple weeks notice. I'll have to make sure to request the day off in advance, as my management seems to have taken a liking to scheduling me on Saturdays lately...

I'd probably be up for it, even though i've never played a Neo Geo or anything like that, depends on the date and all that.

Fighting tourney idea scrapped.....
What do you guys think about a bust-a-move tourney??? It would be fun and I am sure I could find more people who are willing to compete....who would be up for that?

Actually, it is...
What we know as Bust-A-Move here in the US is called Puzzle Bobble in Japan.
In Japan, there was a dancing game series known as Bust A Move. However, when it was ported to the American market it was renamed Bust A Groove because Puzzle Bobble was already known here as Bust-A-Move.
