IIDX 9th Style CS

Post by pkmnx » Sun Apr 10, 2005 1:16 am

Got home from vacation today, it arrived while I was gone.

Played.

Background videos for Love <3 Shine, rottel-the-Mercury, and Usual Days remix are the win.

Discuss.

I demand a translation of the name of that one song with the rag doll lion. It utterly blew my mind.

Then I saw rottel-the-Mercury and had a seizure right there on the spot.

Stand by for win. WOW, we've got a winner. But seriously, 9th has so much of the goodness, which I shall list alphabetically.

Abyss (The heavens)
ACT
Bag
Brightness Darkness
Distress..

OK nevermind this is turning into a songlist for the game.....Just steal your parents credit card and get this awesome game.

Also, ライオン好き = Lion Suki = vaguely..."(I) Like Lions".

MB stands for Mysterious Benefactor
He's the administrator of http://www.kyddr.net
And he's one awesome dude, but not quite as awesome as Dr. Awesome, who in fact has a PhD in awesome, and uses his knowledge quite fruitfully.

Actually it is "I Like Lions," rather than "Lion love."

It's just a silly song. Part of the lyrics is about carotene (like in carrots, hence why Mika is shaking carrots), and...food.

Orochi, I want to have your children now kthxbye.

You're coming to a-cen, right? :O

And, uh, on-topic...

A friend and I played for a few hours straight and passed every song on Light7 (most of them several times). Auto-scratch was never on. We have all the swimsuit pics except for one, I think...any idea how everything is unlocked?

Neither of us, however, are as awesome as the Burger King.

NeoSeeker has full FAQs on all the console releases for IIDX, but I don't know if they list how to unlock the hidden songs, and there are only 3 songs to unlock in the game according to it.

The package with this, 6th Style, and a beatmania controller should arrive at my Tent in 2-3 weeks and I can't wait to try this out.
