I kinda forgot to mention this and I honestly never thought Konami would do such a thing, but an "All Scratch" mod is in DJ Troopers.

That does not look like fun at all.

Only if I had a second person dedicated to scratching might I try that... and I would call them my 'scratching partner'. We'd watch Itchy and Scratchy together.
