Since you seem to be the one on top of things....when is Pop'n 15 CS coming out >_< it feels like it is late

Nothing has been announced yet about a console release for Pop'N 15.

why would you want Pop 15CS when you can just have the AC anyways?

Amongst other reasons (ranging from "feel good" to "moral" to "collectable"), there are usually preview songs for the next AC release (the one tha isn't out yet, not 16) or outright CS exclusives.
