Ok...he just signed up, with his location saing New York, and whats with the gay cam link shit? We definitely dont need that here. Sorry, but I had to voice that. I'm not discouraging homosexuality because I'm not against it but his link describes more of porno.

It's not a real user. There are bots out there that can pass the default CAPTCHA on phpbb, and they attempt to use it for making link farms to boost search engine ranks. Every once in a while, you'll find one that actually provides a valid email address and can complete the registration part to actually start posting spam links, but that's pretty unusual.
I've been meaning to replace the default CAPTCHA with one that while simple, isn't just the normal phpbb one, but I haven't gotten around to it.
