I don't know of any specific generic running shoe, but I'm sure anything from Kohls or Target would flip the bill.


If you're willing to spend some bank...
Nike Free and Nike LunarRacer have the best cushion per oz ratio (~7 oz, lots of cushion). Runningwarehouse.com has these on sale right now.
