they arent built very well. pads start to wear out after a month or so of playing on them. my 10 year old niece could build a better machine. theres also more problems.

First of all, let's confirm what you're even talking about...

Is this ITG1 or ITG2? ITG1 is most likely in a cabinet that's been converted from something else. ITG2 could be a conversion also, or it could be a dedicated cabinet. A dedicated cabinet would look like this:

The dedicated cabinets were built by Andamiro and are based on their PIU GX cabinet design. I haven't spent much time with them, but I have spent plenty of time with PIU GX cabinets. I tend to agree that they are not the same level of quality as DDR machines, but I wholeheartedly disagree that they are not built well at all.

Lord knows the PIU GX cab at X-Site is going on two years old now. It's pretty beat up, but it still plays pretty well. So either the cabinet you're playing on is not a dedicated cabinet, or something has gone terribly wrong with it.

Please elaborate further before you continue your potentially baseless bashing of an entire line of cabinets.

Correct.
Since when did Roxor have the resources to do cab construction? Or the legal standing? They don't own ITG anymore.

What location are you talking about. MonMotha has told me about an ITG machine in Terre Haute that was converted from one of those shady "Extreme US" cabinets that Namco got duped into awhile back. One of those would indeed be horrible (from all accounts I've ever heard, never having played on one myself). However, those would also not have been manufactured by Andamiro nor Roxor.

Got any pics?

Ho...........

It
Is
A
Dedicab...

It looks the same. But doesn't feel the same because it's no long constructed by Andamiro.

You don't have to act like that...because like most people I (and I am assuming Ho) had come to the idea that the ITG2 Dedicab was all made by Andamiro...and he was just wondering where this sucky dedicab was played. Heck I want to know...cause I didn't know they were making anymore dedicabs since Konami bought Roxors right to make ITG...you don't have to act like a total ass cause he is curious about it. Cause you like you said it is a dedicab...EVERY dedicab of ITG2 I have seen is just the Pump GX cab with different decals and sub plexy glass...and I know Pump cabs are great...where did you play this 'roxor' dedicab that makes you say they suck?

All I have to say is the Andamiro cabinets are extremely nice. You dont have to put as much effort when playing flat footed and wont tire out as quick.
