Team Money Shot needs your help

Post by FLAKK » Tue Jan 16, 2007 12:55 am

Basically, we need at least 15 people to join before we get any support for events. The more people that put their name in, the more goodies (Pump it Up merchandise such as the towels, t-shirts, posters, and even some of the coolest speakers ever that are shaped to look like mini GX cabinets) we can get from Andamiro for events. It doesn't matter if you play Pump or not and you aren't obligated to play if you join. But if you do play PIU and want to compete in US PIU Festival for a shot at a spot in WPF, this is the only way to do it. As of right now, USPF is invite only. If you are interested or have any questions, please post here.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that we will eventually need a photo and other info from you. But for right now, a name is all that is needed. The other info will likely be collected through e-mail at a later date.

All of the rules for the clubs and WPF2007 can be found at http://www.piugame.com

I could have sworn I told you or Jason that I'm game. What about the supposed rule requiring players to be from the same "state", though? Did that turn out to be a mistranslation, or is everybody just ignoring that one?

I think everyone is just ignoring that one (for now at least).

We are pretending it is in Korean and we can't read that it.

Well, the funny thing is that, according to what I've read, the Korean version of the rules use the term "region", instead of state. As do the spanish version, and the chinese version. So if you were indeed reading it in Korean, you'd be fine.

That's how I read it. None of the other countries have states like the US, so a club that covers Kentucky and Indiana (??and Ohio??) seems alright.
