Yeah I have had a couple runins with them in the past... they wanted for me to trade in Chrono Trigger (SNES) for only $20 store credit... when they sell chrono trigger for $65 at the store -.- I was pissed.

it's pretty standard for the trade in value to be 1/3 of the resold value..at least that's what i've noticed w/ eb & gamestop

yeah almost a year ago when i tried to return my psp and they were giving me shit for it and I had to complain to corporate just to get one that didn't suck
