I don't recall having sync issues with the Xbox Rocksmith. I'd suspect most console lag issues aren't so much a function of the console as the televisions they're connected to.
Re: What games are you currently playing?
BF4 Beta - Is fuckin cray, bleeding edge future of FPS's. makes me wish I had an extra grand for a new video card
Crysis 3 - Enjoyable good looking environments to tromp around in when I'm feeling mindless and just want to explore and blow stuff up
Far Cry: Blood Dragon: Amazing standalone far cry 3-based game. It's pretty much 80's terminator shit. It's amazing, lens flares, neon lights, shooting giant dinosaurs with laser rifles while they bleed neon
Antichamber: Cray, fun, good to put on when drugged up friends stop in
Bioshock Infinite: Only about 5 minutes in, seems OK (I really liked the beginning sequence), I've been putting off picking it back up for some reason. I hate games where you have to mindlessly go around clicking E on everything in the entire level just in case theres some little kabob you'll end up forgetting about and needing later, so maybe that's why
Limbo: amazing, I usually hate 2d games but this was done SOOO well, it looks and plays so nice like. Playing it with amber and only when she's here, so I've been "playing" it for a long time. still enjoyable
The Swapper: Amazing. Hard to describe, but a totally awesome new game mechanic
Stanley Parable: Picked up the new remake. Lots of new content, amazing. Only like 11 bucks on steam right now, get it
Simcity: It seems to be running great with all the initial bugs/issues ironed out, but I open it maybe only once every couple of weeks. I kinda feel like I've already done everything
DAT's what I've been playing recently. Lot's of fps's

This channel shows a lot of the new songs and it even has a dude playing it so you can analyze how a real ass guitar player frets stuff!

I'm getting decent at R U Mine on Rocksmith 2014: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5wkdavas6I
I Riff Repeatered my way to 100% difficulty for each phrase of the song and I was able to pull off a 93% on a full run-through. That's like a DDR Extreme AA!

Man, I wanna show you it but I bought it on PC so it's not exactly easy to transport from house to house or ass to ass.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
Apparently they re-charted The Black Keys' "Gold on the Ceiling" so that the solo is actually correct:

I remember being a bit upset when I originally got this DLC and the solo had the most incorrect fretting I have ever seen. Who the heck plays this solo off the 1st and 2nd strings? Shameful.

Elder scrolls online beta this weekend. Prepare for a fuckfest of lag, crashed servers and bugs.
I really love CS:GO's 64 tick servers.

Re: What games are you currently playing?
I've been playing this neato burrito computer RPG called Pillars of Eternity.
If you were into Baldur's Gate/Icewind Dale/Planescape: Torment, it's by (some of) the developers of (some of) those games and done in a very similar fashion. It's a pretty good game.

Played this over the weekend. It is the most innovative and fun game I've seen in years. A++
Re: What games are you currently playing?
This seems like Boss Monster: The Videogame. Looks pretty neat.
