Watch the Steam video or read some reviews. It's a quirky Earthbound-esque RPG made by one dude that's garnering a TON of positive reviews. You have the choice to kill everything or give it mercy and not kill anything and everything plays out differently depending on your choices (even if you do NG+ and killed everything the second time around will remember certain things). Gets pretty psychologically crazy and emotional!

GIS for "Undertale" just brings me a bunch of pictures of this weird anthropomorphic cow thing - is this some weird furry game?

There are monsters! Some of them may look like aminals. But no it is not a furry game.

People compared it to the "Frog Fractions" RPG, however that works. Frog Fractions was pretty funny!
