Seriously though, when I played this at a friends house for the first time we couldn't stand playing it on the wiimote or classic controller cause the response was not timed the same as an NES controller playing Megaman 2. (Which we had out for the last few weeks as we were playing through the first 6 games to prepare for this one. One thing I will say, MM6 is very easy compared to the other releases!) An option to use gamecube controllers really needs to be added since that would allow for retroport usage. This could be considered OCD, but given that Capcom has acknowledged the retroport and was attempting to make this in the same vein as prior NES releases I feel the omission of this control scheme is kinda disengenious.

there is no noticable lag, at least none that I have noticed, on the PS3
