You must be helluva good at it to beat it in two hours on your first run.

I was using a PS2 controller, that made it much easier.

So was I but that didn't stop me from sucking. Even still, the game is easily worth the 2(+) hours of fun.

I actually just got my hands on a modded ps2. Outside of IIDX, what games are worth importing/downloading?

Gitaroo Man is if you arent already one of the lucky people to have it...i found a used copy of it but it was $50....on another note if you like the capcom games i recomend the special editions of RE4 and DMC3 the only prob is you have to have a dual layer burner...and the discs are pricey to say the least. just look up some of the japanese games that have content differing from the US releases that should keep ya goin for a while

i don't have my ps2 at my house so i can't check all the crazy games but here's a few:

yes guitaroo hero \m/
i forget the name but there's a composer-orchestra game made by the same people
mr. moskeeto
magic pengel (really good if you like pokemon-esque games...you draw your own pokemon!)
tales of symphonia
castlevania (whatever the new one is)
contra: ss i think?
psychonauts

i'll think of others later..demonoid and e-mule are great places for the really obscure ps2 games
insert code compile execute return

I think you're thinking of Mad Maestro.

And yes, Gitaroo Man gives me multiple boners.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions; I did investigate several options, but as of today my plans have been drastically altered because...

I GOT A PS2 for FATHER'S DAY!
Yep, I was one of the few people left in the world without a PS2, but now I have one. I got Guitar Hero which should be fun enough to keep me busy for a while.... :D
