If what I heard is correct, they aren't putting out a Soul Calibur 3 arcade machine because there isn't that much of a demand for fighting games anymore.

They're doing machine testing now here in Japan, Soul Calibur III: Arcade Edition is supposed to premiere in the fall, I think. I don't think Namco has plans to do an American arcade release at the moment, but it's too early to tell.

Well, I kinda figured the same thing, that fighting games arent in that much "demand" any more....

In fact, Im not even sure of how many arcade games are still very well liked...
