I guess I just naturally expect it to go left to right on the bottom as well, as that's where my eye goes. Yeah I've played Elite Beat Agents, but I feel like it's a little different I guess. I dunno, not like I'll probably ever get to play this game anyways it probably won't ever make it out of Korea =(
You might consider going to Korea sometime for meaningful "discovery/expedition"......of music games :D

Yeah Riot... GTFO.

A few newsbits to drop:
First, DJ Max Technika 2.5 has been canceled.
Second, DJ Max Technika 3 has been confirmed

Also, wishing that somebody in Indy had eight grand in the bank to buy a cabinet? Well, we won't need to spend that much to play Technika anymore as the game is getting ported to Playstation Vita:

DJ Max Technika 3 soundtrack came out. Sounds very good, except Mr. Funky's stuff sounds so tacky that it's so bad it's NOT good instead of it's so bad it's good.

Anyone give it a listen?

I have not. It's one of those things where I know I will never play the game and I don't want to fall in love with the music because that will only give me blue balls.

It's not that hard to get to play it, Merk. They do have one at the GameWorks in Chicago.

I mean I've played the game but not for more than 2 sets at most. The line at ACEN was something like an hour long and I was too distracted by V6 and Resort Anthem at Gemini to care about Technika.

Our greatest fear is to fall in love.

Since I've basically come to the idea I'll never get to play Technika in my life, I just treat it like listening to a new CD full of fun music that I hope I'll enjoy. I like a good half of the new Technika stuff. Give it a go.

OMG! I just saw one outside my office! Now there's one in the building next to me!!! Holy hell! They're popping up everywhere! I'm gonna play dat Technika now!!!!

:P

Actually, in all sincerity, if I get a PS Vita, I'll get to play Technika then. However, until then, the minimum amount of time it'd take me to get to a Technika machine is at least 6 hours. So.... yeah. Unless Galloping Ghost is holding a Puzzle Fighter 2 tourney in the future, I'm not gonna be hitting up Chicago anytime soon.

It's rare if you don't travel outside of the metro area more than twice a year.
