Main Event has a pending application for beer/wine/liquor restaurant now.

Too bad they don't have DDR A (yet? ever?).

There's not really much of a point for them to get DDR A, at least at this location. If they were to get it they'd probably have to order with D&B and R1, and I feel like if DDR A is successful that D&B would put one at our location and wouldn't want another machine just a few miles away.

But for all we know, our D&B could pass on it.

Not sure why you'd think D&B thinks this. This reflects nothing about the July rollout. All these locations are only 10-15 minutes away from each:

Dulith, GA (D&B) vs. Lawrenceville, GA (D&B)

Bloomingdale, IL (R1) vs. Addison, IL (D&B)

Grapevine, TX (R1) vs. Euless, TX (D&B)

Santa Ana, CA (R1) vs. Irvine, CA (D&B)

I doubt proximity of competing entertainment centers is a detrimental factor in their minds. (On the contrary, t's more like the existence of competition makes DDR A more likely.)

Their hours are currently going to be nearly Round1-esque (through 2am on Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

I'd tell our D&B to step it up but they don't have a dance game

Maybe this will make our D&B step it up and get DDR A.

Just in case nobody noticed, they're supposed to open Monday 4/17. I don't see operating hours anymore.

This place is now open and has a PIU Infinity cab, likely the same cab that was there before.

Indeed. I love the current version of the platform as it's easy to hit multiple panels on them.

Quick Cabinet Details:
- 2P side USB doesn't work. :(
- The machine is on 1.10, which added new songs and a widescreen mode. (I gave them a quick heads up that widescreen mode has to be turned on via the operator menu.)
- An XP system was added for some mission mode unlocks apparently. (I haven't had the chance to look up details about that.)

Mondays have an all day play deal for $10 which is great if there aren't too many people around. I will have to see what their other deals are though before deciding on which days I will play.

Does the 1P USB port still map to player 2 like it did when it was Latitude?

It maps to 1P side now so they got that right. My main concern was that for opening day there were not very many customers.
