You know, when you get down to brass tacks, I'd bowl at Latitude 360 if that's where everyone else is going. I just go to hang out and bowling is secondary to that.

I'd have to go on a weeknight though and I am going to Vegas next week for the opening Sunday of footbaw and to play a shit load of poker.

I'd rather do nothing at Latitude. It's a pretty lame venue, in my not so humble opinion. I go there because they have a usable PIU machine.

Sadly I am inclined to agree with this statement. I love the fact that they have such a nice machine, but it isn't enough to convince me to go there regularly unless there was an actual regular gathering.

Let's put our beefs with the venue behind us and just enjoy each others company.

To be fair, they don't charge a cover even if there's a music act.

Of course, the music acts are almost universally terrible, so that's probably a good thing.

If they end up being forced to pay ASCAP, I wonder if they'll start charging cover. I don't think very many people show up for the music act, so I don't think a cover would go over very well. Most people seem to be there to bowl.

Neither USB port works now. The right one got pushed in too far. It might still work if you have a narrow flash drive, but most won't fit.

On another note, I can't believe how much easier it is to hit three panels on this machine than on the SX cabs at Tilt. Is it because the ones at Tilt aren't sensitive enough or is it because AM went bracketless with the TX?

Also, the cab is way out of date.

Yea, I know 1.09 came out this week (Widescreen support and new songs) but it's gonna be a bit hard for them to upgrade if the usb isn't working. You may have to report it to them.

Real widescreen support for Infinity? This may be the most interest I've had in it since I first played it.

The left USB port was still working as of last week on Friday. Note, however, that it is assigned to player 2, not player 1 (BOTH ports are assigned to player 2). The right USB port has been broken for a long time.

It said to plug in a USB stick to start. I did that, and nothing happened so I just assumed it was dead.

Infinity works differently than mainline, and that cabinet has mainline decals which can be misleading.

Put a credit on it, chuck your USB drive into the left side, wait for the acknowledgement sound (a really loud "WHOOOCH" type sound), then start 2P by hitting the center panel. You should have your profile identified on the 2P side.

I have debated buying a Infinity kit, but if I do I will need a MK9 as well cause my MK6 is starting to go south a bit and I'd rather just upgrade over getting new parts. Anyhow, it may be beneficial if one of us approach Latitude's management about updating it.
