Man Yindesu edits the FUCK out of all these locations.

I added a new Fort Wayne location and touched up the Putt-Putt information.

Unless something drastically changed, grading the condition of that SuperNOVA2 as "Perfect" is being rather generous.

What would you say it is? And don't say bad because I was able to AA stuff and I'm horrible at DDR.

I wouldn't say it's bad. It played fine the last time I was there. But "Perfect" implies that there are no flaws whatsoever. If nothing else, that machine is "well aged" to say the least.

Eighth notes don't require perfect pads to AAA.

SN2 downgraded to Good and X downgraded to Bad. X is horrible, although that's not Tilt's fault.

I'm not sure it's fair to call Tilt's X machine Bad (again, this is only based on the last time I was there...which was at least a couple months ago). Like you said, it's not Tilt's fault that it doesn't play that well. It's not that they don't take care of it. It's just that it didn't start in the same place as older cabinets.

I would posit that the standard is different for X given that it is a different design. If you took it right out of the box, it would be Perfect (or, as good as it can possibly be), but it may only play as well as an used machine of the original design that is now only in Good (or maybe even Bad) condition.

If your comparison is a "new out of the box with original design" for DDRX, then Tilt's machine plays VASTLY SUPERIOR to a "new" DDRX. When the DDRX first showed up at Gameworks in Schaumburg, it was darn near unplayable. You simply could not hold a two panel freeze, and even a one panel freeze generally required grabbing the bar and pushing yourself down into the pad. Jumps were difficult, and even simple streams basically required stomping. Double was useless.

The last time I played on the Indianapolis Tilt DDRX, it was generally passable. It wasn't as good as an old Japanese machine in good shape, but it was better than an old Japanese machine that hadn't had any work done on it in 5 years. It was quite playable, holds basically worked, and even double was reasonable up to about level 11-12 (new scale). For a DDRX US cabinet, that's pretty good.

Last I played their SN2, it had a sticky panel on the 1P side (either Up or Left, I don't remember), but I believe that has been fixed since.

I have no idea what to do with X. Perfect feels too generous but good makes it sound worse than it is... :(

Why not just put a comment in the location section?
