You are correct that only the movie theater validates. However, I don't think your information about $20 worth of receipts is correct. My understanding, from a long history of Ten Buck Tuesdays, is that presenting $20 of receipts allows you to pay normal rates on days they are charging event parking (i.e. during Colts or Pacers games). The receipts do not make parking free on any day.

Man, I remember back in the day when the garages wouldn't take credit/debit cards. That was the worst - I had to carry a checkbook with me if I had to go to the mall for something.

I've had good luck parking around here:

Of course it wasn't winter time, so I didn't need to carry a jacket or anything. I'd prolly pay the $3 at this point. Free parking at D&B is pretty cool.
Music is a special thing because everyone is wrong on everything but it all works out in the end and we all get high as shit.

There's also usually free parking after business hours over on Alabama street. It's about 5 blocks to the mall.
A normality test:
+++ATH
If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

Yeah if people want to come up to Dave 'n' Buster's up near 96th and Allisonville on Wednesday nights then that would be cool as hell.

I might also show up here. It's been a long time since I've played PIU. Also Alcohol + ITG sounds awesome.
