Sounds like I'm going in November.

Two questions for you guys.

1. Are there any well known awesome arcades?

2. What is a good (but not too expensive) hotel near the big strip?

pretty sure the strip is really expensive, pretty sure most casinos will have some sort of arcade so that kids can play in it while their parents are gambling

1. Yes, but none of them approach the awesomeness of the three big California arcades, all three of which shouldn't be THAT far of a drive depending on where you're at in Nevada (I think);

-SVGL
-MGL
-Arcade Infinity

but regardless, here's some of the good/known Las Vegas arcades;
(this is based on my own experience and also due to rarity of some games in some of the places)

Reno isn't that far from las vegas so...

Also, i'm dead positive 100% that there is at least one Pump Pro machine in Vegas (or Reno), but i'm not positive where.

2. Can't help ya there.
