The Return of UGOI

Post by syckls » Mon May 30, 2005 12:43 pm

I bet all/none of you remember me! I think I remember Blaze saying he saw me in RL... anyway, it's UGOI, two young whippersnappers who used to post on these boards like a year ago.

David (me) - 14 years old
Skill level - can beat anything with 9 feet on it. CAN'T. BEAT. MAX 300.
Pad status - RedOctane Ignition 2.0, pretty much dead, praying for Cobalt Flux

Anna (sister) - 10 years old
Skill level - working her way through 6-footers.
Pad status - see David.

I guess one thing I have to brag about is that HV:AM is a piece of cake now. I'm heading down to Putt-Putt this afternoon on the pretense of a family mini-golf outing. I just won't mention the fact that there's a full-fledged DDR machine there. Another brag-worthy mention is the fact that I have turned my friends into DDR freaks (not to be confused with DDRFreak).

I do believe I remember a brother and sister pair, but I couldn't put a name to a face if I saw you. No offence intended, We haven't run into each other very often.

None taken. "Haven't run into each other often" is an understatement, because if we have it's only been once.

Well, let's see, nothing happened. That's right. Nothing happened yesterday. I did not stink up the Putt-Putt on that imitation DDR game that I don't know the name of. These are not the droids you're looking for.

Why is "That imitation DDR game" so bad? You didn't play it...

ITG > DDR
I really love CS:GO's 64 tick servers.

-_- Tough crowd... it was my feeble attempt at deriving humor from my complete failure at said game. I did stink up the Putt-Putt. Happy?

Went to party on Friday at TnT. In so doing, beat a 9-footer on an arcade pad for the first time (Matsuri Japan). Naturally sucked ass against my only real competition but was then suddenly able to do the above against those less skilled. Developed an unhealthy obsession for Guitar Freaks...

~David's RedOctane Ignition 2.0 pad~

June 2004 - June 2005

MAY HE REST IN PEACE
---

Yeah, it's dead. Gone to the great DDR machine in the sky. And every time I hear thunder, I'll know he's up there playing.

So now I need to save up for a Cobalt Flux. How desperately I want a job.

By the way, my sister can do a few 7-footers now. Score.

Dude get one of those new RedOctane metal pads instead (can't remember what they're called) they're cheaper and waaaaaaaaay better than the CF.

Oooh, thanks for the tip. Cobalt Flux desire = extinguished. RedOctane Afterburner desire = burning with all the fires of hell.
