I personally passed Sakura before I got close to passing Cartoon Heroes, and I'm sure had I tried something like Burning Heat! back then, I would've done better on Sakura. But now that I have the beat down on both of those songs (AAd CH) I will agree that Sakura is slightly harder, but only because of its speed, and in general, I like to rate songs with tricky steps harder than those that are just fast. And I was using hyperbole (yes I'm one of those cool people who says hyperbole instead of exaggeration) when I said it barely deserves a 9-footer. I was also aiming for trying to get her confident that she could pass it, because of the reasons you mentioned. Regardless, you can do it, Katy!

Thank you!!! I'm so close to passing So Deep. I just have to get the end part. And after I pass that, then I'll have another goal. lol.Actually, along with So Deep...I haven't passed RnP since I passed it officially for the first time at Ho's house....so I guess another goal would be to pass RnP consistently...lol.
Yeah played some Stepmania today...passed So Deep with an A 
3x Solo wut wut?
Yeah, I can read the notes so much better on 3x...but doing that with my feet is a totally different ballgame. It's like on Stepmania I can do it 3x and then I have to try to attempt doing it on 2x in the arcade...you see, this is where a 2.5x would come in handy...but that's only in ITGland

Advice: try to train yourself (just keep trying, no other way to do it) to get used to 2x. And also, (this is what I do, dunno if it works for other people), don't "read" the notes per-se. Know the beat, and just use the arrows to know where to go next. As long as you know the beat, it doesn't matter how far apart the notes are, as long as you can see them coming. Ugh, and please don't become one of those people that uses Solo at the arcade when you're playing with someone else that doesn't want Solo...I HATE those people.

I know the beat of So Deep...if you were to ask me to drum out the rhythm of So Deep right now, I could probably tap out the whole thing accurately. But when it gets to the end, the notes are very tricky...and all that shizzle at the end is like WOAH to me. Basically, now it's just a matter of getting the steps down.

Passed So Deep today FINALLY! On my last stage! With a B! 3x Solo, and had to use the bar like halfway through the song, but once I get the hang of it, I won't even need the bar anymore.
Hah, next time I play it I will take picture. Of all days I didn't have my camera with me. Like, atm, my camera is like my most prized posession. I bring that thing with me everywhere. Today i didn't even think I was going to play didder and I did. yay.
