Make that I'll Give You All My Love NM - A

And with that, I went on to set a new second place score on the X-site machine, this time without song whoring. The other songs I played were As I Told You, Valenti, and Born To Be Alive. My score came out to a little over 7.81 milion

Well, I broke 8 million without song whoring tonight. However, thanks to the disconnected sensor in the 2P #7 panel, I dropped a couple freezes in Valenti and missed a step in one of the runs, so I only got 1.82 million on it. If I had gotten the 1.93+ that I normally get, I would have beaten my previous high score, as my total score was only aobut 60,000 less than it.

Oh, and I passed Mr. Larpus FS with a B :D

That sensor is shit (at least, when the machine was new). It may be broken in enough now. But during the X-site tourney, it was over sensitive and sticking on all the time.
Yea, I'm like Mother Teresa, except I pwn.

Yeah, I understand why it was disconnected, but it would have been nice if it were maybe the top sensor or something. The bottom sensor is too important on the top panels. Especially for me, since I litterally hit those panels with my toes sometimes.

Congrats on the score! I think that should permanently lock me out of the top spot. I just don't really see myself getting any better at this point. Stranger things have happened I suppose, but I'm not holding my breath.

But you deserve it! You've earned it! Your hard work is paying off, and I tip my hat to you.

Sorry I missed last night. Remind me some week, and I'll reconnect it. Maybe it will behave now. It's been like 6 months at this point.

From Friday night:

Canon-D full mix - A - 14 Misses

I had autofail off, but my bar never dropped much below about 25%, so I didn't actually need it.

Also, I beat my high score by about 50,000. It's not much higher, but I did it without song whoring, which I did for my old highest score. Anyway:

1. I'll give you all my love 2. Valenti 3. ETERNITY 4. Born to be Alive

8,170,300

It should also be noted that I destroyed another pair of pants that night. There were multiple tears inflicted from the front of the right leg under and around to the back of the crotch of the pants. I happened to do this half way through my first song too, so, naturally, I played through the rest of my set with a little extra ventilation (which was actually quite nice)...

Finally got a full combo on Born to be Alive nightmare.

16 greats, 1 good. Score was just below 2.2 million.

This is actually from last Thursday on the Zero DX machine at the Milpitas Golfland:

Monkey Fingers - no bar - A
perfect - 684
great - 4
good - 1
bad - 1
miss - 2
max combo - 643

total score - 1917600

I came so damn close to a full combo...

I got a picture of the score screen for it too, but due to the fact that I'm still on vacation and I forgot to bring the USB cable for my camera, it will have to wait until I get home.

I also had a really good run going on Chung Hwa, but then my right hand slipped off the bar and I fell backwards off the damn pad... Whoever decided it would be a good idea to wrap the bars in an inch of foam and then wrap that in tape with absolutely no grip at all is a complete and utter dumb ass...

Monkey Fingers NM - A

Don't have the specifics, but the score was 2.07 million. It should be noted that this was my first attempt, and it was done shortly after eating a rather large meal. As a result, towards the end of the song I started slowing down a lot (stomache cramping = bad). I think with a little practice I might be able to stagebreak pass this...

So don't count me out of the running yet, MonMotha 8)

Got a full combo on Eternity NM tonight. Don't remember the great count, but the score for it was over 2.33 mil.
