I'm not that awesome at IIDX, but there are a few things in here to be proud of:

Man that's awesome.

I take it Programmed Sun is just like VJ Army except it's intended for arcade releases and you can automatically upload your "machine's" high scores? Because that's pretty coo.

its like eamuse but for bemani players that are going to hell for stealing. You set up your "card" on a thumb drive and then plug it in before you start the round. Scores save to a server in a mysterious location and then get posted to your profile on the site.

Oh wow it actually has eAmuse functionality and all the little in-game graphs that you find in Jap Beet youtubes are automatically updated and displayed whenever you play a song?

The rules on this are: I don't care.

You can talk about it all you want. It's not like it's a big secret. Just don't post torrent links to pirated stuff and we're good.

Cool.

Basically, you create iccard.txt on a thumb drive and make up a 16 digit hex number to put in there. With your thumb drive in your beet pc, you start a round and the easerver reads your iccard.txt and compares it to server cards. If it finds a match, it asks for your pin (which it stores) and saves what you do to that profile on the server. If it doesn't find a match, it lets you create a pin, agree to the konami ToS for eamuse (lol) and then lets you create a DJ name and such. There are a LOT of bugs right now (selecting certain pacemakers in the game will crash the server, someone does it every few days without fail) but we hope to have it sorted out sooner or later as the project is only like 2 months old.

Eventually, popn will have a website too (if anyone wants to help create that, please let me know as its a freaking mess and I don't know enough Japanese to do it).

Cleared Innocent Walls [a]. I'm pretty sure I had already done this before but I didn't have it cleared on Troopers so that's pretty neat, I guess!

Also finally cleared Battle Train [a] so that's also pretty neat.

Of course I get multiple +100 EX scores on a day when I'm in the process of moving my BEET set-up and don't have access to my handy dandy computer.

The only thing I remember off the top of my head was that I got like a AAA+50 on ハリツヤランデヴー [A] and I hard cleared some retarded anothers that I had not hard cleared before.

Brought my Vanishing Point [A] score up to a mid-AA. EX score was 2091 I believe.

My previous score was barely a AA.

This is from the heart:

Anyone who thinks a 5key score is impressive is dumb. Those charts were made at best in like 2002 before Konami had any idea what a hard chart was. Hell, in 2002 DDR was still A Thing and it was relevant. People who fret over the integrity of any score that isn't from IIDX in this day and age needs to get with the God damn program.

You guys are cool, for real, but please don't talk about 5key Beatmania. No one cares.

For the record no one cares about IIDX scores either but that's another beast entirely. Everyone just needs to make a fuckload of money IRL and smoke a moderate amount of weed BOILER UP

I had a pretty good vacation. That's my brag. How did everyone else spend their Thanksgiving time?
