Small Employment Opportunity!

Post by Yume_Taira » Thu Jun 02, 2005 7:47 pm

Hey, you! Have you run out of DDR money???

Well, you can pick up an opportunity I can't take. A company I'm working for during the summer needs people to help conduct a survey at McDonald's restaurants throughout Indy next Thursday through Saturday.

The hours are 6:30 - 10:30 AM. It's early, but it's short.

Pay is $10.00 and hour, $.30 a mile for driving, and apparently you get some really good McD's coupons.

I can't go due to a competition, but I promised I would try to get some extra people. They NEED your help!

If you're interested, call at 844-9443. If they're not there, leave a message, and add my name in (Marissa Wills) so they know what on earth you're doing calling there.

Thanks a ton!! ^_^

Sorry to Hijack this thread, but I also have a similar job opportunity. Best Buy is really hiring people in all sections, so if anyone would want to apply, its a pretty nice job with an -excellent- discount. Pay is pretty good compared to most jobs of that calibur, plus, I make 100$ if someone referred by me gets hired. My boss just mentioned that to me today, because apparently, we're undrstaffed...

Haha, beat all you suckas to it. n_n

I mean, I applied.

He was talking about the Fort Wayne location.
You have to fill out the application online, and it's long as hell. >_<

However, I don't think it would hurt to put his name down. =D
It's Andrew Hetrick.
And he's a good kid.
Because he's dating one of my friends. n_n

Best Buy is always looking for new people, and always shifting existing ones around. Typically people keep moving up, so there's more spots open down below. Overall its a pretty good place to work, with pretty nice opening salaries for a job of that sort. Besides, the discount is great. But yeah, just head to their website if you wanna apply. If you have any questions, let me know.

And no, I'm not related to those Hetrick's...

Well, I filled out an application about 2-3 weeks ago online, and haven't gotten a call back, should I give them a call?

I applied for a job at Best Buy.. twice I think. They never called me for an interview though, bunch of noobs.

That's okay though cause I work at the Indy Zoo and sit on my butt all day in a nice booth with AC and get paid 7.50 an hour to charge outrageous prices to already pissed off people :)

Someone who works at Best Buy, tell me this. Is it true that they don't work on commission? That's what they always tell you, but they jump you as soon as you walk in the door and try to sell you stuff you don't want.

At least, that's the way the one here in Bloomington is...
