Melt Banana in Bloomington- TONIGHT

Thought I'd give a head's up on this concert, as it's a pretty freak occurance that they'd stop off in Indiana at all, let alone bloomington. Melt Banana are schedueled to be playing at Rhino's, an all ages club on south walnut, with the show opening at 8pm, and a cover charge of $8.

For those of you that are saying "Duurrrr?" or something similar, they're a fairly well known noisecore/electropunk band from Tokyo. Their site has a few samples, as well.

Also on the bill are:
Breather Resist
Racebannon (Blood Brothers with a twang, basically)
Copycat Massacre

I'm pretty damn amped about this, hope I can manage a nap!

I went, but becuase of my slightly over protective parents, and having school tomarow i only got to go until nine. So i didn't see them. But i did see one of my friends i havn't seen in a while, that said she'd get me a cd if she could.

Melt Banana was simply awesome. Didn't care for the first or third bands (Copycat Massacre, Breather Resist) much though. The second one, Racebannon, was... okay. Melt Banana made it worth the 8 bucks easily, though.
