I ended up losing 9 lbs, a 4.7% change. Not too bad, but there's still a lot of work to do. Thanks to everyone for joining in.

Dave: I'm curious about IF. What kind of fasting schedule do you use?

Usually a 19:5 fast-feed windows. For example, I'll eat my first meal when I return from classes around 3pm and stop at 8pm.

Personally I never could stomach food shortly after waking, and I find that I'm not hungry most of the day if I keep myself distracted by school, work, exercise, and chewing gum. Weekends vary significantly however.
