1. You get $100,000, right now, or

2. For the rest of your life, anything that normally costs $5 or less is free (adjusted for inflation in the future), but you can't resell those things to accrue money.
Option 2 cause that would go over $100,000 with ease.

Yeah I suppose if you were patient enough you could get free groceries and gas for the rest of your life. Not to mention free arcade tokens.

Rent, bills, and fancy restaurants would be full price though but the money you would save on the small shit would probably pay for the fancy shit.

Would you rather be constantly gassy but your fart smell is acceptable OR be rarely gassy but have your farts smell awful?

Everyone would know that you had farted in both scenarios unless you take extreme measures to cover things up such as leaving the building.

The reason I bring this up is because all this protein I have been eating to lose weight has made my farts so, so bad. I literally woke myself up last night with my vile vapors.

Honestly I probably would too because having near consistent gas would be pretty bad and uncomfortable if you were in a situation where you had to hold them in. I remember that I would hold them in middle school and I got the most awful debilitating cramps in the afternoon. Thankfully I later wisened up and now I just sort of let them go whenever - I'm sure it helped my bosses make their decision in firing me.

I literally farted while making this post. Phew!

People always misplace various items, some they can sacrifice, others they can not. Which items would you rather lose first?

a) Cell Phone
b) Keys
c) Wallet

That is literally the holy trinity no one can lose any of those!

But if I had to pick I'd take the cell phone since that is probably the easiest to replace for me because I do not have one of them finagled smart phones.

I would contest that losing your keys is a bigger deal than losing your wallet. Unless you have a bunch of spare keys for everything then you are pretty much shit out of luck and temporarily homeless without any sort of transportation.

At least with a wallet most of the stuff is easily replaceable.

A smart individual would have back up keys with a trusted person/location since it's more likely that one would lock their keys inside that which it locks than to actually lose it.

I don't know, on paper that's a good plan but if you lend your spare keys to a significant other / friend who you later break up with it usually ends up being a hassle trying to get them back.

I don't see why you'd "break up" with your "friend" (I'm not going to judge), but IMO it's much less of a hassle than calling your bank(s), possibly taking a hit to your account, driving w/o a license, and having to pay for new IDs.

Yeah, that sucks, losing any of the holy trinity sucks, but at least without a wallet you can drive around and have a place to sleep. Canceling a card is surprisingly pretty easy and the phone lines are 24/7.

From experience I actually did get my wallet lost on a bus in Bloomington and while it did suck ass I did get everything back eventually. I was no longer a student at the time so I didn't have to get a new ID, but getting a new driver's license isn't too difficult but waiting at the BMV is pretty much always hell.

I any scenario it's easy to get your shit back but keys, in my opinion, are probably a biggest inconvenience unless you've prepared in advanced for that problem.

Would you rather:

1) Have the ability to double jump like in a video game.

2) Have the ability to fall from any height and be fine as long as you land on your feet.

The 2nd. I've always wanted to Sky dive, but i'm afraid i'd be one of those people whose chute wouldn't open. This way I wouldn't have to worry about it as long as I land on my feet. ;)

d-d-d-d-double jump!

Let's say you can do a standing vertical jump of 1.5 feet (the average) and jump again at the apex. That gives someone like me a reach of 12 feet! Plus you could train like crazy and get to the point where you can jump much higher. Falling is something that you'd seldom get to do (since you're on the ground floor most of the time anyway.) We can already fall pretty far without it hurting, but I don't see people doing that on a day to day basis. Waste of an ability.
