I'm at about 175, and I target 155-160. I hadn't played Pump since the end of October.

I did play tonight. Man am I out of shape.

MonMotha ya gotta eat clean and lift some weights mang!

Let's eat well and lift....... together.

I didn't let the weekend deter me from my health kick, I still managed to eat really well and I bought nothing but healthy veggies and lean meats from Trader Joe's this weekend. Looking forward for this week to being just as good as last week.

I was at 165 last year around my birthday. I dropped to 140 over that summer (2014) and managed stay in the 140-145 range until this spring. I've been in the 150-155 range pretty much the entire last half of this year.

I made a concerted diet change to drop that 25 lbs. initially and kept with it for about a year. But then I got kind of lax...and frankly, really just craved all the carbs I had been denying myself. I'm glad I only put back about half of what I had lost and seem to be mostly stable. Still, I wouldn't mind cutting back a little bit again as some of the pants I bought after I lost the weight are a little snug now.

Brian could you imagine the amount of nanner you would get if you had defined pecs and abs?

I had abs once...and some semblance of pecs. It was in 1996 during my internship at PBS. I was by myself in Washington, DC with no friends outside of the other interns that I only saw during the day. So at night, I worked on my website (hey, it was 1996!), made a lot of baked goods (I made some killer pies, cookies, and brownies), and ironically (to the last point) did a lot of situps and pushups.

I guess that's what age 21 was like: eat shit and get buff anyway. :P

I'm missing the nanner reference though...

Nanner is short for poo-nanner which is a euphemism for vagina.

Basically I was saying you would get to bone down a lot.

Got my Aria yesterday. It begins:

Tuesday, Dec 15 at 8:49PM
237.4 lbs 27.6% fat

It was a pain in the ass to set up but I eventually got it. I don't think the body fat % is accurate since my feet are calloused as fuck (from did!) and there's no way I am ~190 lbs of muscle. I took a body fat test at work a month or two ago and that reading said I was about 34% body fat which is likely accurate.

Brian is there a way to make your weight show up on the Fitbit iOS app? Steps and shit obviously show up on the app dashboard but I could not for the life of me figure out how the fuck to get my latest weight reading to show up on the app dashboard.

My weights still haven't come in but they should *hopefully* come in today so I can start lifting. I still haven't given up on walking during work and diddering. Gonna play didder tonight ahhhhhhhh

I don't know anything about iOS app since I'm a Windows Phone user, but weight shows up on the dashboard in my app. I can't believe the iOS version would have ~fewer~ features than the Windows one.

Maybe you just missed it? I have to scroll down a bit to see mine. It shows as a goal on the dashboard with the actual weight/body fat % below it.

But it's the holiday season. It's way too easy (and delicious) to eat badly!

I know, it sucks, but I have to power through it. If I eat just straight turkey then I'll be fine - I hope!

My weights finally came in yesterday so now my motherfuckin dojo is finally complete. I call it, "Weights and Weeb"

Image

The barbell itself is actually pretty darn heavy. Amazon says that it's 45lbs but it definitely feels heavier than any other bar I've lifted with at gyms and shit.

Tonight will be my first true lifting session. Squats, deadlifts, and benchpress.
