Okay, I have a mission for you guys. Dig a hole to Taiwan and build a superspeed elevator. I need to be able to visit my girlfriend now.

I'm confused, do you want the elevator to visit the Taiwanese girlfriend or a Bloomington girlfriend?

I can visit if you'd like. I'm 28 and DTF, that cool?

You might have to wear a pony costume. :3

Imagine Chad showing up at your tiny Taiwanese door ready to rub hind legs with you.

Taiwanese girlfriend, but this relationship is going to a subcategory that I'm not sure what to call it now. I don't think she can handle the distance.
Also, pony costumes are for furfags. I am not a furfag; I just like the cartoon.
Pony themed accessories are cool, though. (Someone made elements of harmony jewelry. That's badass.)

Dude, it's totally practical to be young and have a girl in another fucking country. Go for it, Ponyta.

So you're saying if we all pitched in, you'd wear this (no homo)? But kinda homo.

A normality test:
+++ATH
If you are no longer connected to the internet, you need to apply more wax to your modem: it'll make it go faster.
If you find this funny, you're a nerd.
If neither of the above apply, you are normal. Congratulations.

This is a little bit more subtle, but I'd totally wear either of them. I think I wear pretty dumb shirts anyways.

On Sunday afternoon I was listening to "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me!" on NPR and they a brief piece of MLP and the Brony fanbase. They spoke with a Brony and he (a 20-something ex-intern of the show) said that he really liked the show because it was genuine and gave great lessons on friendship.

Of course the host admonished the Brony by calling him out on learning the show's messages as a grown man amongst the backdrop of a little girl's TV show but my heart went out to the Brony nonetheless. The audience had their fill of derisive laughter which I suppose goes to show the mainstream's opinion that the Brony subculture is silly.

I don't know, you could really say that absolutely every aspect of entertainment from sports to TV to books is stupid when viewed in an objective light.

This is a nihilist approach to life.

The only thing I got from that is that you listen to "Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me!"

(And I like this knowledge very much.)
