We just got a full on Panda Express in Lexington, have yet to check it out. Anything you recommend?

Yeah, Panda Express is about on par with your average Chinaman buffet which you can find in literally any given small town in America.

Well, after hearing a recent story of how a Chinese restaurant in Kentucky got caught wheeling in roadkill (a dead deer rolled in a trash can) and was serving it, I can't say I'll be craving Chinese for a while.

The orange chicken is pretty good, mandarin chicken is okay, and I kinda like the new steak they have. But I am a plebeian.

As our resident Asian, I like Panda Express. It's not awesome or my favorite or anything. But it's decent, quick food.

And yes, as a former restaurant employee (not at a Chinese restaurant), you are best off remaining ignorant of the things that go on in the kitchen. Just take solace in the fact that people do not routinely get sick from eating at restaurants.
