Eh it's like a 4-6 hour campaign but the levels are so awesome and event-packed that it's better. I'd rather have a shorter but more impressive campaign than a long boring one like most games have. And I'm a newb and am bad with a controller like I said and have been playing with high level people but can hold my own, because it's super easy to pick up and get into.

Are you criticizing it without having played it first? =P

Well I am usually pretty critical about games but there's a reason the game is getting 9+'s everywhere and it's made about $600 million in a week. CoD4 and MW2 are really really well-made games that have more production value than most FPS games. I really like the Hans Zimmer score, it's synced so well with action moments like the snow mobile jump over the cliff for example.

I dunno, I'm totally satisfied so far and I don't mind 4 hour campaigns, as long as it's packed with awesome stuff. Plus multiplayer is fun so far, maybe you just need to practice =) I'm bad with a controller and don't know the maps but a lot of Counter-Strike game sense transfer over well so I can kinda naturally just jump in and hold my own for the most part.

That's why I'm just going to rent the game sometime. No use purchasing a game you can finish in around 6 hours and since I don't like multiplayer.

Campaign on normal (still with hardened and veteran above that left) took me 5 1/2 hours. I thought it was super good, every level had tons of actions and really impressive stuff going on. Graphics and lighting/particle effects were crazy, even for a console game. Honestly I'd say it was one of the best single player campaigns I've ever played.

As much shit as I'm giving it I really do want to play it. Just not badly enough to pay $60 for it.

I think I'll stick to Wii Sports.

I think the obvious answer would be poop in the toilet and puke in the trash can.
