so im back from bootcamp
and im using someone elses computer and they have a pretty slow internet connection. so tell me all the new things that happened is this topic. thanks!

bootcamp only lasts like a month or two?
so now you go to college and then after you grajamakate u get to be in the reserves?

Um, let me clarify bootcamp times for each branch.
Army/National Guard: 9 weeks (HUGE JOKE!)
Air Force: 6.5 weeks
Navy: 8 to 9 weeks (Takes longer sometimes due to the processing cycle)
Marine Corps: 13 weeks (Which doesn't include the 3 week Combat Training course required for non-infantry Marines.)
The thing that takes the longest usually is the training for their occupational speciality. (Which both me and Jizzon know of firsthand due to our respective jobs.)

Um, that's not basic training which was what I was covering. Oh, something I almost forgot to mention, people who switch branches have to do bootcamp all over again except for the Marines since we're the only branch that hasn't nerfed our training completely yet.BigBadOrc wrote:BUD/S is 6 months

bootcamp was a joke haha. minus the mental stress, it wasnt so bad. and also. i have itg2 here on base. but its not r21. can someone tell me how i can tell if its r21 capable.?

There's a ton of info online about upgrading the cabinets and whatnot so it shouldn't be too difficult to find.
