I wouldn't bother with a 10k rpm drive unless you're going to be running 4 of them in a raid 0+1. They're loud and really, you can get much more bang for your buck if you get a 7200 rpm drive. I'm not sure if you've got the SATA 2.0 version of your mobo, but I'd definately look into picking two 7200...
