Why the rating system isn't working

So IndyDDR is back, and fresh, and a lot of things are better than they were before. Some things aren’t. Sure there are still a lot of petty people out there, but there have always been petty people in the world and there always will be. I’m optimistic about the future of IndyDDR and am confidant it...

From the picture, I'd say that looks more like a huggle.

If you aren't sure what kind of line is happening at the machine, don't be shy! Say in a loud, clear voice "Who's got next?". It's easy, and can save a lot of hurt feelings. A lot of players are to the point in the game right now where they aren't in any particular hurry or care about playing the ga...

I haven't heard of this 'standby' type of exploit, but it doesn't sound like cheating to me. If the game is designed in such a way as to give precedence to the client-side prediction rather than the server-side simulation, then it seems to me within the player's right to control their own connection...

I find it amusing that the guy trying to be an OS-elitist can't seem to properly link images. What OS were you going to post a picture of, Mandrake?

The arrows behind the eyelids thing? Yeah I had that a lot when I first started playing. I have to play for several hours now (something I haven't done in months) to make it happen anymore. It was kinda cool.

Ishkur's Guide to Electronic Music (click the link) This should help clear up some of the distinctions between genres and subgenres. Having said that, I find that the more I like a particular type of music, the more this guy likes to put it down. See what he says about Trance -> Eurotrance -> Dream...

I started when Ice Age came out (the first time) and kinda quit right after Urza's Saga... or maybe a little after that. Anyway. It just got too expensive. I could afford it a lot better now, but I can't really see myself picking it back up, at least not seriously. I might buy a pre-built deck just ...

Mine almost always come to me on a whim. It could be an artist I've been listening to, or maybe I just decide hey Mai Kuraki is flippin hot, I'll use her this week / month / until I feel like something else. I use the GIMP for all my image editing. It's not quite as powerful as Photoshop, and the in...

I used to have semilucid dreams all the time. I say semilucid because even though I was aware I was in a dream, I still wasn't thinking rationally. As soon as I realized I was in a dream, for some reason, I would become terrified of it and do anything in my power to try and wake up. I can clearly re...

I liked it at first too though, but in general, this is the worst racing game I've ever played.
Rationale? What specifically about it don't you like? Like I said earlier, the cars seem to have unrealistic grip to me, but that's just IMHO... your opinion?

I thought the cars felt a little too 'glued' to the road, but I liked it.
