I have mostly 5*s, some 4*s, and one or two 3s. And I also struggled with Lou..but here's how I beat him. Memorize the part where you can first get battle power. This way no matter what he throws at you you can still get your powerup. Also, keep restarting the song until your first powerup is whammy...

I was just there yesterday and ITGMS Mike was there too.

I now vote APP. There is a new Extreme there (well, I don't know if the machine is new, but it's new to APP) with sensitive pads, as well as Drummania. And ITG is an R21 machine, with good pads.

Now has 3 music-based games!
Now there is an Extreme right behind ITG (where PF was) and PF was moved over a little bit.
