I have a three hour rehearsal on V day for my choir in the evening *ouch*
She loves to bake cakes and things like that and I like to cook dinner. For V day we are switching around roles. She'll make dinner and I'll stumble through making a cake out of scratch.
They must not know the value of upgrading/downgrading. Either that or they find a new DDR machine for cheap and sell their old one at an inflated price.
That or they are just rotating machines around their locations which would still mean they do not know the value of upgrading/downgrading.
