we're looking for someone to work 3pm-11pm tues-saturday. we're more hardware based though. mostly fix connectivity on a server if it is offline, diagnose & replace broken hardware, stop dos attacks and setup new server orders. there are other things but that's what you start out doing.

next time you drop open a cmd window and ping the router...if it responds look at the modem's ip setings and ping the gateway....if that doesn't respond then your router isn't configured properly

if it is a linksys and you use torrents the problem is the torrents
