Lazer-X now has dance freaks.

Lazer-X behind glenbrook now has dance freaks, and it seems to be working fine. We still have our 5th mix cabinet that seems good too, i don't play too much anymore so i'm not too picky. Both games are 3 tokens, our prices are as follows: 4=$1, 22=$5, and 60=$10. We sell pizza and fountain pop and g...

So your saying that everything that's happening in our country right now is a direct result of the revolutionary war? Taxes were decreased after the revolutionary war, and I'm pretty sure our taxes are still much lower than those in the UK. I'm not saying you're necessarily wrong, but how do you kno...

What freedom was historically, statistically, and politically taken away from the American people because of the revolutionary war? The image of the live, work, have 2.5 children, die, American dream reached it's peak years ago. Americans are aware of what's going on around them more than ever befor...

Another thing to remember is that America has been through peaceful protests turning violent before. What is happening to the immigrants now resembles what people went through with the civil rights movement and protests of the vietnam war. Except now the national guard doesn't show up and kill peopl...

I waited in line for 30.5 hours and was 4th in line, I was very impressed with the wii. Nintendo continues to set the industry standard for great new controlers and gameplay, and simultaneously sets the standard for unapealing systems. The new Zelda is a really great game, almost every video game re...

Yeah I did think it was odd that you said we should change the rules and then listed mostly classics for your favorites anyway. But that probably just means you have good taste. I suppose if people don't know if an album is held in high regard they shouldn't put it in this topic. On the other hand, ...

Both Daydream Nation and Slanted and Enchanted are guitar records, not to be dismissed as simply grunge. And if Daydream Nation was grunge it was very ahead of it's time commercially, having been released in 1988.

The idea of this thread was to list albums that are worth the hype they get, obviously since I listen to Indie music I'm gonna list Indie albums. Having said that, it's sad that anyone that has any interest in music hasn't heard of every artist on my list, with the exception of neutral milk hotel. T...

Albums that ARE that good.

I saw this topic on a different board a while ago and thought it was really cool. The basic idea is to pick albums that are actually worth the hype they get, and to not flame other people's taste in music. Here's a few to start. Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Ove...

This has got to be one of the most pointless arguments I've ever seen. Going way back to the which instrument is hardest to play, and now to whether playing speed metal or jazz or slow stuff or whatever is hard to play. The difficulty of any instrument is going to vary based on the individual playin...

I know there's a place called colony bay that has 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom townhouses for about $525 a month plus electric. And they have leases where you pay month by month, but I think it adds to the monthly cost. They are located southwest. My friend just moved there and said it's pretty nice.

Yeah, i agree with you about sony being more innovative than microsoft. I was referring to nintendo when i said that. The only innovative thing microsoft did was xbox live, which really wasn't that innovative now that i think about it. Don't think I'm not excited to see what the PS3 can do and what ...
